Singapore and China, 28 March, 2017 -The Asian attractions, tours and activities travel technology provider BeMyGuest has recently been awarded ‘Best Strategic Partner 2016’ by China’s largest online travel agency Ctrip at its annual partners’ conference, the China Travelers’ Forum and the International Tourism Industry Summit 2017.
The annual event is organised by Ctrip for its top partners, where multiple topics such as its strategies for the upcoming year and trends in tourism industry are discussed.
BeMyGuest’s recognition has been the result of its strategic focus on the Chinese outbound market, through its customised approach in terms of technology, products and customer service. BeMyGuest’s B2B strategy through its proprietary attractions, tours & activities technology, has been aligned with China’s current ‘Internet+’ and ’Tourism+’ initiative”, and Ctrip’s internationalisation strategy.

Ctrip’s tours and activities platform first completed its API integration with BeMyGuest in the second half of 2015. Through this integration, BeMyGuest’s Asian attractions, tours and activities products, such as attraction tickets, local events, unique experiences and day tours can be booked seamlessly through Ctrip’s channels, such as websites and mobile apps.
The integration has provided many small and medium-sized local attractions, tours and activities operators in Asia with real-time connectivity, instant booking and access to extensive online distribution, many of these local operators are receiving bookings through online distribution for the first time.
The stringent requirements set by BeMyGuest’s distribution partners, have also led local operators to improve their service and product quality levels significantly, as well as to optimise their offerings for online conversion. Today BeMyGuest’s database includes over 22,000 attractions, day tours and activities products from more than 4,000 direct suppliers.
BeMyGuest’s technology solutions include Multilanguage API, Agents Marketplace and Whitelabels for distribution partners and Content, Inventory and Revenue Management Systems for suppliers.
