Media and theme park giants, Turner Asia Pacific, have announced plans to develop their first Cartoon Network theme park on popular resort island, Bali.

Featuring the largest indoor entertainment centre, along with a Cartoon Network themed waterpark, opening is planned for 2020.

The project will be a component of the MAJ Nusa Dua complex in the southern end of the island, consisting of world-class hotels along with an award-winning golf course.

This will be Indonesia’s first internationally branded theme park, and Cartoon Network’s first project in the country.
