Sentosa Island has an array of wonderful things to do, so we strongly recommend dedicating a full day or two for this. There are beaches, Resorts World Sentosa containing many attractions, historical site, wellness centers and much more. Below are some of examples of what you can find on Sentosa.
Universal Studios came to Singapore and set up on Sentosa Island. This is a top attraction to visit, and has many great things to do for couples, families and just travellers looking for a good time. With loads of rides and food, this theme park is a must do.
Wings of Time
Singapore has an amazing array of activities for the young and the young-at-heart. The multi-sensory extravaganza called Wings of Time, for example, is a thrilling storyline weaved together to become an amazing treat to one's eyes.
King of Pop
You may also dance with the late King of Pop, pose like and angel, and be carried by Superman in the mind-boggling Alive Museum. Want more personalities? We'll there's no shortage of superstars in there. Insider tip: if you're coming with a special someone, head straight to the paper boat under the star-studded sky because it's a crowd favourite!
There are also blood-pumping adventures for the brave souls who wish to fly. There's also Skyluge in Sentosa Island, which is a fun-filled gravity thrill ride that's perfect for families that want to see Sentosa from a different angle.
Do not forget to visit the Merlion while on Sentosa, for a look into the history of the country. This mythical creature was created to symbolise the country, the lion section representing our roots (“Singa”, in “Singapore”) and the merman section representing our geography. Another one to visit is Fort Siloso, for a look at the role Sentosa played during the war.
